Upon completion of the Pet Profile form your unique ID was displayed on screen, and was also emailed to the address you submitted. The ID starts with “22-” and then 8 digits.
In your email box, try searching “Your Completed Pet Profile Form- EscapeTheCrate” in the subject line, and sender “@escapethecratetraining.com“
Can’t find your Pet ID in your email history? If you’re certain that you have submitted a complete Pet Profile for your dog please use the placeholder Pet ID: 22-12345678 to complete your purchase. *Be sure to complete your purchase with the pet’s name that matches the profile you submitted.
