This Intermediate class is for students that have completed the Beginner 1 & 2 classes and are looking to take their skills to the next level. Dogs should not show any signs of reactivity to people or other dogs. We will begin to introduce the skills that will be needed to pass the Canine Good Citizen test.
With the use of Agility Games you will become better at training and communicating with your dog. Boost your dog’s confidence. Become comfortable in closer proximity to other dogs. Improving handler focus. Work on off-leash control. Going to a mat. Two on / two off with both back feet and front feet.
Advanced registration is required. No refunds are given for classes missed. Dogs are required to be vaccinated against Rabies as per CT State Law. Vaccinations against distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and Bordetella are also recommended. Registration, payment, and proof of rabies must be submitted in order to reserve your spot in the class. No dogs will be allowed in class without an up-to-date Rabies vaccination.
